Stayed here just one night before a cruise. Service was friendly, check in was easy. Fresh cookies at front desk was a nice touch. Room was clean. Breakfast was decent. We were able to get late checkout. We didn’t use the pool. Heard there was no hot tub. Walked across the street to the shopping center/ race track for dinner. Not a ton of choices but we ate at the Yard House. There is a Target about 10 min walk and a Walmart about 1.5 miles away. We didn’t have a car, but was able to Uber there in the rain.

Everyone that we came in contact with, from cleaning to mechanical to kitchen to front desk and management, was friendly and helpful.

Friendly and helpful staff, welcoming cookies, replenished coffee/tea ice water, safety, walking access to shopping centers in the absence of a lively "downtown".

Excellent, helpful staff. Great location near Gulfstream Park race track and Gulfstream Villages. Plenty of free parking which is rare among the better hotels in south Florida; most places charge way too much for any type of parking in this area. Several good restaurants are also within walking distance so you don't have to deal with driving and the heavy traffic that persists in this area.

Stay here for 6 nights with comfort and relax. Glad to have Ms.Michele Alicea arrange rooms for us at front desk, she's so friendly and professional. Everyday room clean up is marvelous. The 24-hr cold drinking water at front is a very good way to cool down from Miami heat, so thoughtful. Very close to Aventura Mall, Hollywood Beach and other nice dining places in North Miami Beach.

Located across the stteet from Gulfstream Park racing and casino which is where I was meeting up with old friends, so that was perfecct. I stay at Hampton Inns often and this one was very clean. Parking lot was very well lit at night. Staff was friendly and always said Good morning or hello.

Friendly staff, very clean hotel and room. Quiet floors. Nice location across from Gulfstream Park and Casino. Breakfast was pretty good and the hot items change up daily it seems. The fitness center is clean and open 24 hrs a day. The elevators worked very well and I had one of the highest floors. AC may have worked a little too well though. Room comes with a fridge and microwave which was great to have. Had a nice view of pool and parking lot. Incidental hold was released immediately after checkout. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent staff service. Kept in communication with me and was able to accommodate special requests in a fast and friendly manner. Excellent check in, quiet and comfortable room and hot well prepared buffet breakfast.
